Refund policy
If you receive a faulty product, you may return it to Smart Replacement Parts at:
56 Holloway Drive, Bayswater VIC 3153
Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To help us process your return quickly, please include:
- A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
- Your contact details
- A brief explanation of the fault
Once the item has been received and inspected, and the fault has been confirmed, we will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost and ship it back to you, or
- Provide a full refund of the original purchase price if a replacement is unavailable
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Change of Mind Returns
If you no longer require your purchase, you may return it provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal value or allow the difference to be paid if exchanging for a higher-priced item.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
