Orders within Australia are generally shipped via Australia Post or other suitable courier services. Estimated delivery times are typically between 2-10 business days depending on location and carrier delays.

International orders may be shipped using a range of reliable courier services depending on destination and package size.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

While we take care in packaging and dispatching all orders, Smart Replacement Parts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit unless shipping insurance has been purchased. Customers may be required to assist with lodging carrier investigations or claims relating to lost parcels.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
